Heather was easy to reach by phone and accommodated our busy schedule. She arrived at the house on time with plenty of samples to help us choose cordless pull shades. I can't speak to installation since we ended up going with another company but I found her to be pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.
We ordered cordless and motorized shades for the bottom floor of our home. Christian installed this week and they look AMAZING. I tried to get photos of the sun hitting the sunroom however, it was raining on and off this week and this is the best I captured. Heather was prompt in arriving to our home (while being built) to take measurements. We were under the assumption install would take place near the closing of our new home however, there was a delay of about 2 months.
