What an amazing experience! I called needing an arrangement for a funeral. She helped me choose and write the card. The funeral home unfortunately lost the peace lily. Not only did she replace it, but she did not charge me. The kindness and care that was shared is rare- 10/10 recommended!
Bella Grace had delivered flowers to me numerous times over the years but I have to say that this arrangement I just received is by far the most stunning. And to be able to talk to owner Nancy live about each of the flowers chosen was an extreme delight. The amount of time and energy she puts into picking the right flowers and only using garden grown is so amazing. Not to mention she is such a joy, delight and real person to talk to. These Free Spirit peach garden roses are absolutely gorgeous. 🧡
I would give a 10 star rating on this business if it were possible. My experience working with Nancy, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. She went over above to take care of an order that I called in from across the country and it arrived about an hour after it was placed. The professionalism truly shone through.
