BJ Miller serviced our system today. We have been Allied Aire customers for nine years, and BJ has given us outstanding service. We have great confidence in him and he has always partnered well with us to find solutions when we need them. He does an exceptional job, and we have great confidence in him and Allied Aire.
AC stopped working after hours today, but fortunately I have a contract with these. Nice lady dispatched BJ who ID'ed my problem as a broken capacitor and my AC was running again. Whole process, from my call, to BJ solving my problem was just a couple of hours. Outstanding service and coordination from beginning to end.
