I am a caregiver for an elderly couple. When the gentleman was concerned that he had a leak in his basement, his daughter contacted A&B Plumbing. Brandon came out and was unable to find a leak, and the basement was dry at the time. When my client went to pay, Brandon told him not to worry about it. A lot of people would have charged just to come out, and understandably so, and some would have taken advantage of an elderly couple. It was refreshing to see.
