Disappointed—twice now. I scheduled appointments in advance, expecting timely service and respect for my time. Unfortunately, both times I arrived to find myself waiting while the technician I specifically booked was already engaged with another client. This defeats the purpose of making an appointment. I value punctuality and professionalism, and sadly, this experience didn’t reflect either. I’ll be taking my business to a salon that honors scheduled commitments and treats clients’ time with consideration.
Walked in Friday at 5:30 with no appointment, was seated right away, super nice atmosphere, mani/pedi was great, nails look pretty and was out within less than an hour. Staff was great!!?
Very friendly staff and highly knowledgeable and skilled staff that can make your nails absolutely POP for your next event or get together! Nina (Thuy) is so sweet, patient, and kind with her customers! I felt like I was being well taken care of by her and she was very patient and helpful with my nail request.
