Let me start with, the manager took my concerns seriously and was deeply apologetic for the associate’s behavior. That’s the only reason they are getting 4 stars.I’m a white female, shopping in leggings and a tshirt, no purse so nowhere to hide anything to steal. I was on the phone with my friend while I was looking for a new blow-dry spray and reading the ingredients of a few different brands. I loved my trip to this Ulta! There was an employee dressed in all pink who helped my daughter and I find the Sanrio products. She was very informative, cheerful, and sweet! I wish I remembered her name. Very pleasant experience!

I want to share my experience with the co manager, Shanae. She is so knowledgeable of products and so kind and sweet. If you are in concord please ask for her her service is phenomenal. She is very aware of her guests, and she greets her guest with a beautiful smell. I will be back to visit.
