I forgot to write this review from 8/28/26. I arrived at this location for the first day of Ulta's 21 days of beauty and was interested in the YSL perfume. Upon entering, the ladies at the register were helpful in letting me know that they sold out of the YSL perfume. I walked to the back of the store hoping to at least smell it for a possible online order. Alaina and Nora were working in the perfume section of the store. These two ladies were so sweet and went above and beyond to search for the perfume as well as allow me to smell other options. I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to the manager, Tierra! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and was clearly doing an amazing job leading her team. Her skin is absolutely flawless, so I'm definitely trusting the skincare recommendations she gave me! And on top of all that, she's stunning. Great customer service all around!

I went in today and I’m not one to wear make up, if I do it’s eyeliner and mascara. I spoke with Aly to help find my shade of foundation, concealer and a good eyeshadow palette and she did NOT disappoint! She talked me through how to apply and where to apply everything. I walked out of there with almost $200 worth of stuff thanks to her advice! I always went to the drugstore for my make up but because Aly gave me such amazing advice and didn’t make me feel dumb I will be coming back to ulta for all my future make up needs! If you have questions or want to try products, ask for Aly! She’s great!
