I had an amazing experience at the Concord store. Reggie and Rashad, the owners, were so welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about all their products. They have a wide selection of inventory and every item I needed was in stock including bleach. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and really went the extra mile. I’ll definitely be back!
This place is awesome. I was in a bad bind. Thought I needed new valves in my 8gpm pump. Called them in the morning and Reggie told me to bring it in that he could take a look and that they had the valves in stock. I got there and they quickly jumped on my machine, took the pump apart, removed the old valves and cleaned out the trash stuck in them. There was no need for new valves, and they could have easily told me that I did need a new valve kit, but they were honest and charged me an incredibly fair “quick labor” charge and I was back to work that same day.
