The technician who worked on my irrigation system was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He repaired a leak in my system, moved a sprinkler head and removed three that were no longer needed due to a new deck. He diagnosed problems quickly and got my system up and running well.
Terra Green maintains our HOA Common areas in my community. There communication is very good. Also they are about building relationships with Board to understand their needs and vision. Working with Todd their Site Lead Manager has been a good experience. Key is communicating. They listen and will come up with a gameplan.
I can't say enough great things about Terra Green! From the beginning, they have been communicative, efficient, professional, and most importantly, thoughtful. Chris Robst and his team have completely transformed our community with not only lawn landscaping but offered excellent suggestions and ideas how to revitalize our grounds, while being considerate of our HOA's budget and time constraints. In addition, Chris is actively on our property, completing quarterly walkthroughs and speaking with our HOA representatives; he takes an active role in our community, which shows the level of commitment and service Terra Green provides.
