Stayed at the Springhill Suites for 4 days for a wedding; the property was reasonable and the front desk staff were polite but we didn't get housekeeping service throughout our stay despite requesting for it several times - they did finally show up in the late afternoon of the 3rd day when we were all taking a nap! Breakfast ends earlier than usual at 9AM (most places have it until 9:30AM). Digital key wasn't working. Back and side doors key readers weren't working.
Felt like the owners were trying to cut corners to save costs - not what you expect when paying $200 a night.
I gave the service 4 because either the young lady was having a bad day or that's just how she See's life but wasn't professional at all. An to be honest this is one of the few hotels I've been at where they won't let you connect your Roku stick. They blocked me, an not to mention they're tech is outdated.
Just had a great stay at Springhill Suites! Their rates were very competitive with the other hotels right next door (and there's a LOT of them side by side.) Location was convenient for food and the convention center. The hotel met all the reasonable expectations you'd want so you don't worry about the actual accommodations and just enjoy the trip. The standout feature, though, was the water pressure. I've never stayed somewhere with such great water pressure before in the shower. It was perfect!
