I ran into a clogging issue and I called Roto Rooter and they brought out Zairem and immediately knew what was the issue was. He was professional and efficient and took care of our issue in no time. Definitely would call them again!
I was very pleased with Zairem (5749) . He did an excellent job, and was very professional. He showed me what the problem was and went over everything with me. He explained and showed me the meter , and how to read it. I give him an A+, and would highly appreciate him.
Our technician was fantastic, he went the extra mile to get our line to the sewer open. He stayed early into the morning to make that our near catastrophe was taken care of. Highly recommend.
