I found Olde South through a contractor recommendation service. Their quote was significantly lower than any of the other retail quotes we got from other companies, and while they all begged us to involve our insurance, Seth wanted nothing to do with that process. Instead of operating a door to door sales force and a big new lifted truck, Seth is really down to earth and shows up to work the job site with his guys. They did a really good job and were extremely knowledgeable about every facet of the process.
