My first there and the experience was great. The staff was very professional and friendly. The doctor was very nice and answered my questions. I was in and out in no time and will definitely return for my next annual exam
I recommend Reflect Vision Care for all of your vision needs. The eye exam was so easy and it didn’t take long at all. I was in and out within an hour. The hour included the exam and picking out my frames. The 2 ladies helped me find the perfect frames. The ladies at the front desk were kind and courteous. Dr. Henlin was great. He made sure that all of my questions were answered. It was such a great experience. So, if you need your eyes checked or you just want to grab some new frames, stop on in and you won’t be disappointed.
I was a little nervous about going to this place, because I didn’t think it would be as good as my other eye doctors. This place, doctors, and staff were exceptional!! They go over and beyond with their customer service!! I had a thorough eye exam!! Well worth my drive to Concord!!! I can go shopping too in Concord Mills. Thank you and keep doing what you are doing!!
