Very nice powerlifting and strongman gym! Every time I am around Charlotte, I stop by. Good quality equipment, specialized bars, calibrated plates. All you need. Highly recommend.

I have family in concord and consistently drop in to this gym. Very easy just call or text the phone number and they give you a door code and I Venmo Andy. Love this gym - simple great set up for a good lifting environment. Easy parking and a good concord location.

Norse is great. It’s pretty uncommon these days to have a gym that isn’t trying to scam you out of money or trick you into a membership and with Norse you can feel safe that that is not the case. They are extremely honest and ethical and also really know what they’re talking about. Their programming is great and their trainers are well-informed and super helpful. I’d recommend Norse to anyone from power lifters to people looking for improved functional movement.
