I always enjoying going to this salon for several years now. The technicians give wonderful service- Kim, Henri, Mackenzie, Ali, et., however, the receptionist di not call you back with a confirmation. I called at 9:30 am today (when they open) and did not receive a confirmation call back. When I arrived, was told the front desk lady was always late. Not good front reception.
My first time at NOA Spa and I was so incredibly impressed. Not only do my nails look amazing the service was top notch. I now have a new place to call my home. CHLOE did my nails and I'm so happy.Thank you
The owner contacted me and offered me some options to resolve the issue. I would absolutely go back and try this again now that I know the owner is so committed to making sure customers get what they pay for. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!
