My father in law and I had our very first pedicure today at Viva Nails & Spa. We are seniors and it was a great first experience. We will definitely add to our routine. It was just a great experience all around. We did not have a reservation but were greeted and seated quickly. I didn’t get names but Kudos to the staff that worked the front desk and the ladies that did our pedicures.
First time visiting, was hoping for a better experience. Ordered a deluxe pedicure with my daughter and some friends. I was the last to get service which I don’t mind but some how among the 1st of my group to be done. My service felt rushed,not a good quality,and my polish chunky. (Apparently she is the sametech In the other bad reviews with the brown floral shirt)Appreciate the manager painting over to try to fix them but probably won’t return. The Lady who did my daughters was wonderful and did a great job. Otherwise the chairs and the salon were nice.
Love viva! Katie was amazing, friendly, great at her job, took the perfect amount of time, made me feel totally relaxed, I walked out refreshed and relaxed! Didn’t realize how much I needed the pedicure and the company!
