I normally post positive reviews, but this was a wake-up call for our young brothers/sisters.. My son asked for a basic shape up (in prep for his braids/refresh...maybe $25/30 tops)...$48.00 later (I guess the hot towel treatment???). Bottom line, we are NOT happy with the cut/shape up & will need to get this redone. Don't take advantage of our young people. Unhappy Mama Bear will go back to NG2 every time. Much better service, atmosphere & they don't overcharge our youth.

Decided to patronage No Grease barbershop in Concord Mills today, and it was the worst mistake I've made in years!! My son needed a haircut and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to try them out! 1st things first receptionist was not cordial or inviting( more like what do you want) 2nd atmosphere was like funeral home no welcoming dispositions!!! 3rd and the most egregious error was the Barber and the haircut, he destroyed my son's hairline, he left a patch of hair on the back of the nape of his neck!! It's just disappointing to know that your in the business of serving and the can't give the services you're paying for(nice haircut). I believe the purpose of a Barber is to have you looking better than what you were before you came in!!! $40 dollars is a robbery when your barbers aren't being accountable for the services that there rendering!!! Terrible services and I would never recommend this barbershop to anyone it seems like now that it's all about quantity over quality!!! Barber was in the back of shop against the wall with mirrors behind him..please avoid at all cost!! Thanks no grease but you've fallen in the trap of just making a dollar!! Terrible!!!! If I could I wouldn't give you a star!!!

Had a bad experience here. ask to do clean up around the sides and back and when it was all done. I went to meet up with my wife and she demanded for me to return and get it fixed. I felt bad about returning, but she was right I came back and another gentleman was very nice and apologetic and the guy that originally cut my hair was pissed about me coming back. And it shouldn't of been that way. Especially after paying $60 for a hair cut. But the price is not the problem it was the service and because of this individual I will definitely not return nor will I recommend this place.

I have always walked by the shop and I always see them busy so I said I will give I will give it a try, “MyLife” did a great job with fading the hair and beard. What I didn’t like is that I had to wait around 10 minutes for my place even though I did an appointment but it’s not a big deal. The MAIN issue is that that they don’t sanitize the tools/machines after each customer

Took my little brother here and he absolutely loved it. Mylife cut his hair and did an amazing job. I will definitely continue to bring him here. 10/10

Poor service barbers doing nothing and won't take a walk in while open with nothing to do. Tells me at 7:40 they stop taking walk ins by 7:30. Every bad review on this place must be true as I have never in my life witnessed this poor service in any barber shop. Keep letting kids to run your business it's a bad look. I highly recommend people to not waste there time on people that don't want to work
