So comfortable with all of the doctors here and the hygienists. They’ve helped me tremendously through the years i’ve been here. While getting my teeth cleaned today, the hygienist asked me if I’m concerned about anything. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me and explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend this office over any i’ve been to.

The dentist and Ve the hygienist were very kind and professional, and I truly appreciated their care. However, the front desk staff and billing team could benefit from additional training. The overall experience would be much smoother with more organization and clearer communication at check-in and checkout.

I have been here twice now and everyone has been great, from the front desk to the back. The same woman cleaned my teeth both times and I adore her! She made me feel comfortable and non-judgmental whilst still being honest about my dental health. I wish I could remember her name? but I won’t go anywhere else for my dental care. I live in Kannapolis and they have a location there but I’m still going to the concord office bc of the great staff ?
