Based on the reviews, McGill Family Medicine & Dental Clinic has a compassionate and outstanding staff. Patients feel very comfortable and heard, especially those with dental anxiety. The attention provided is outstanding, with providers who listen, empathize, and never make patients feel rushed. The staff is described as a great team who are always on time, explain everything in detail, and make sure patients know the plan for the next visit. The atmosphere is nice, and all work great together. The care is truly second to none, with staff going above and beyond, such as taking the time to unbox and set up a blood pressure monitor. Patients appreciate the patient and kind care, and feeling that the staff is genuinely rooting for them. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a courteous and welcoming front desk, and a warm and professional nurse. It is an exceptional office, especially for those who typically dislike dental visits. Many patients have switched providers just to become a patient here and will be recommending all their family and friends.
After not seeing anyone in the medical field for an extremely long time, the nurse practitioners I saw were excellent. I felt heard and understood about what my needs were. Everyone was pleasant and professional. My nurse. Reeta, and the young lady, Brittany, who drew my blood, were excellent. I am nervous when my blood is taken and Brittany was fantastic at making the experience comfortable for me. I appreciate the level of care.
Hyman Fowler, PA is the best. The attention that he provides is outstanding. He listens to his patients. He empathizes with his patients. Never once have I ever felt rush or just a medical record number. In addition his assistant Nan is awesome. So glad I found them several years ago and have had the opportunity to change providers. I'm not going nowhere!!
I have had the best experience from the beginning of my becoming a client at McGill Family Medicine! It's been such a wonderful place for all my medical needs and now my wife has switched providers just to become a patient at McGill! I sincerely appreciate the entire staff and I will be recommending all my family and friends about it!
