“Absolutely incredible. I always feel good after she washes my hair after a men’s cut and straight razors the back of my neck. She’s accommodating to my ever changing work schedule as well. Excellent location with safe parking and easily make your haircut more of an experience with the downtown area. My kids love to run around the downtown area after we all get our haircuts and eat at local restaurants.“

“I got my eyebrows permanently done by Marcia about a year ago. I had thinner, sparse brows, until I got these done in mid 2022. First things first - her salon was SO clean and had a New Orleans themed room. Cleanliness is huge to me, especially for needles. She gets an A+++ for sanitation. I wanted them done so bad because I had been picked on so much throughout my life was so embarrassed by my thin, prickly little brows. Miss Marcia gave me a consult, color matched my brows, locked in the brow shape I wanted, and so much more (all within the consultation which was about 25 minutes and she answered ALL my questions). If needed more time, it would’ve been my time to ask, 100% I love my brows now and I’m sending my mom and sister from NJ down to see her soon.“

“I HIGHLY recommend this place. First, let me say, you do not have to be a guest of the hotel to book an appointment and have services performed. I stayed here for the weekend and booked a Swedish massage and hot salt rocks to my package. Jennifer was my massage therapist. She has the softest hands but applied the pressure that I needed. You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. The place is extremely clean, neat, accommodating and the staff are all very professional. The locker rooms have everything you need. The robes and slides are soft and made of good quality. Cell phones/camera are prohibited in areas where services are being provided. The lounge area has a waterfall, comfortable seating and plays soft music while a relaxing scent fills the air. You can pay for a one-time service or sign up for a $80/month membership that includes services to sauna, the pool, the massage service of your choice and complimentary beverages/snacks. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two. After our service, they provided us with a glass of wine and bottled water. We then went into the sauna room and sat to detox. It was great. I love this place. I'll definitely return.
