Jess wasn’t busy so I asked her about my hair. I’d gotten a really bad cut. Jess found a way to make it a little better. And I kept going back to her because she wasn’t afraid to tell me my hair cut was bad when I asked. Now 8 years later she’s the only one that touches my hair. She’s amazing! My hair is so much healthier now and always looks good whether I do my hair or not!“
