We are fairly new to the area so we hired LIHS based off of stellar reviews. Michael was very easy to work with, patient, fair and honest. They replaced all of our exterior siding & trim, soffit, fascia, gutters and paint. They also found and fixed some things that came up along the way. We were very happy with the work done.
We will definitely use LIHS again!
We contracted LIHS and Michael to remove our old deck, build a new deck, add a roof over that deck, and put in a paver patio. We got ~7 quotes and Michael came in right near the middle. During the process Michael told us he doesnt aim to be the cheapest, but does try to provide the best value.
Throughout the plan, build, and finishing Michael was true to his word. The team was always responsive and strove to work with our schedule.
