I went to have blood draw earlier this week and the phlebotomist told me about Knappy Rootz. I called yesterday (Friday) afternoon to inquire about a consultation. Mrs. Deon let me know she had a cancelation for today (Saturday), so I took that appt. I'm so happy I did! Mrs. Deon was very professional, nice, down to earth and very very knowledgeable. She told me the do's and don't's. She gave me lots of tips and said to stay off of YouTube, tic tok etc. Lol. She let me know if I had any questions or concerns that she was just a text or call away. Deon has been doing my hair for about 3 years now and she does an awesome job. Even during the initial stages of the pandemic, she made herself available to provide hair care products to her clients while her shop was closed down. She also offers products in her shop to help maintain healthy hair growth. I am very satisfied with her work. She has many options for many different styles. I am very satisfied with how healthy my hair is and the work that she does.

Ms Deon is mad cool...she has a great personality very down to earth and very professional. She did a great job with my hair, I paid for a wash and twist and she shampooed my hair, I didn't have to wash it before coming...HA. prices are very reasonable. She was very good at communicating before I came to see her, the environment was very relaxing. Overall I had a great experience and was very proud to support her business.
