All I can say is wow! Marcus Stephenson was our inspection technician. Amazing man! Knowledgeable and gave me invaluable information about a house I’m considering buying. From the intake call to the receipt of the report (which was delivered 30 minutes after inspection!!!) absolutely incredible service. Their pricing is fair, but more importantly, their work is excellent.
I moved about a year ago, and I was just thinking that my new home doesn’t need treating but how GREAT the service was when i desperately needed it in concord. I’m still bragging on the service a year later. The manager, Richard, and all of his techs are the best.

Jonathan Moose always goes above and beyond when he comes to the house. Our crawl space is larger than most so he can get in there and get it covered. Killingsworth has always done an amazing job! I highly recommend them!
