Literally the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. All of my nails are a different length and shape. They are so thick. Parts of some of my nails are not even painted, while other nails have paint bleeding into the cuticle and on my skin. There are lumps in the paint and the nails dip in the center. I told the nail tech they were bad, he didn’t care, I continually asked him not to make them too thick, he ignored me, and was instead too busy ordering shrimp from a sales lady walking through the salon. I then I asked the manager if he could fix them ir get the paint off my fingers and he said it will chip off over time and just rushed me to pay for this terrible quality of work. I have been to this salon MANY TIMES. I take friends, my mother, and my niece often. I have never received this level of disrespect for my time and money. I can only assume because they were getting busy and the tech didn’t care that they rushed me out. We will not return to this establishment any time I’ve ever been to any type of salon, if someone is unhappy with the quality most establishments would offer to fix it before forcing someone to pay and leave unhappy.
