Honestly Best Nail Place I have been to in North Carolina and most importantly Charlotte !! As someone who uses her hands in product shots I know I can always rely on Viva to fix something clean or cute up for me. The environment is clean and well maintained and the staff are personable and efficient!! I always recommend this place for those willing to make the drive to concord because no matter where in the city you are for these prices IT IS WORTH IT! I have recently been loving the chrome look and not only did Viva provide they exceeded the expectations with so many variations or shades and hues. Wendy is hands down the best when it comes to doing SNS dip nails. She is extremely detail oriented and takes extreme care in each step of the process. My last manicure lasted for 5 weeks and would have lasted longer if I didn't go the salon to get something new.

I mainly know Linh, the young guy up front, and the manager Nhi (spelling?), all are delightful. I have been a client (somewhat sporadically at times) for nearly five years now and I got lucky with Linh.By far, the best nail technician I have had in all my years visiting a nail salon. She is willing to work with me, holds a conversation, does phenomenal work (even on my short nubby nails!) and she remembers my preferences.Seriously, at this point I can’t even think about going to another nail salon…this place has spoiled me!
