These people??? THESE WONDERFUL PEOPLE??? If they say they can do it, they will do it. This is a long overdue review. My sister’s wedding was on October 5th 2023, the day before on the 4th, one of her bridesmaids flew in from Canada. She tried her dress and it was way too big on her. We went there right before they opened. The gentleman said he can fix it. And he did. Less than 30hrs before the wedding. If they say they can deliver, THEY WILL DELIVER. If I could give 10 ⭐️, I would. If I could give a 100 ⭐️, I would. Forever grateful to JJ’s alteration.

Had a few minor repairs to some dresses and pants. He was patient while I explained what I wanted and he delivered. Cost was reasonable for the the turnaround time. I even brought in a pair of scrubs the day I picked up my other items and he fixed those on the spot. I will be a returning customer.

Feb 2022

I had to have a simple stitch done on my sons foot brace that had come undone. He told me to sit and disappeared and came back on about 3 minutes with it done and told me no charge. I know it was a simple fix, but I appreciate so much the speed and kindness.
