The equipment is good, but the staff is GREAT! They are all knowledgeable professionals, not enthusiastic amateurs, like most gyms.

Since August of 2017, I have been coming to Cardiac Rehab. The staff is top notch! Susan, Ally, Jimmy, Lauren are all very nice and helpful. They get you to your goals. I have had the best experience of my life here, and I know they will keep up the great work that they all do. Thank you!
