I can only tell someone they are literally PULLING MY HAIR OUT twice and when they do not stop, you won’t have me as a customer again. Knotless are supposed to be easier on your hair and edges, not here. They don’t listen on the style you want, are extremely ROUGH and careless on your head - whether it is blow drying or braiding, and do not take feedback when you open your mouth to tell them . They literally rip your hair out blow drying and pull your hair out braiding… I was literally sitting in the chair crying, have to hop in a cold shower as soon as I got home. This shit is ridiculous

I have never had an issue with the quality of the hair but I have a big issue with the fact that the braider working on my head randomly said she’s leaving and someone else would finish my hair. The braider she is referring to is working on a retwist and is not even 50% done. As I’m asking her “what do you mean you’re leaving?” With ten unfinished braids, she is walking out the door. Mind you… it is 9:45pm. I should’ve known something was up when five mins before she brought me the card machine to pay. Usually I pay after service. I guess she made sure she got a tip prior to leaving. I understand this is a walk-in based business, but that doesn’t justify... read full review
