We are very pleased with the sales and service. They were very prompt to give us an estimate when our system died. They replaced our old unit and were very professional. They also cleaned up and hauled away after they finished. We will definitely recommend them. They are always great! Update June 2026 Anthony did our yearly maintenance . Concord Heating and Air are a well established, very professional and efficient company and I won’t use any other AC company. They’re honest and fair and I have been extremely satisfied with every service they’ve done on my AC unit. This last time Owen came by and was thorough and unrushed, making sure it was 100% before he left. The admin dept is extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had and gave me suggestions to try before they came out when my AC was playing up. Highly recommend this company for all your AC needs. Thank you to all the staff who have helped me.
