The employees are always attentive and excited to help. Services are available in English and Spanish for people who live in Cabarrus County and are at or below 300% of the poverty line. The clinic has primary care physicians for people who are ineligible for Medicaid or Medicare and also do not have health insurance. You do not need to be a citizen or have papers.
