The employees are always attentive and excited to help. Services are available in English and Spanish for people who live in Cabarrus County and are at or below 300% of the poverty line. The clinic has primary care physicians for people who are ineligible for Medicaid or Medicare and also do not have health insurance. You do not need to be a citizen or have papers. They staff is amazing here, and they truly care about their patients. Due to limited funding and support of doctor offices outside of the clinic, not every medical need can be met, but the staff does everything they can for their patients. They generally prescribe medications that MedAssist covers, so that patients will have medication to aid in their health issues. Dr. Nance also prescribed a living healthy with chronic conditions course, and a living healthy cooking course for me, and I was allowed to assist CHA staff with the cooking course. Maria Fries at the front desk is just a wonderful and pleasant employee. Extremely professional and helpful. The whole clinic is a blessing to cabarrus county with top quality care for free. Wonderful!!!!
