Firstly, Fred, the salesman at this store was not only very knowledgeable, but also very straightforward on price and helping us get exactly what we were looking for. He made it so incredibly easy and even gave us a rough estimate right on the spot that helped us decide to purchase the same day we came in to see the carpets.

Carpet2Go was a pleasure to work with. They had a wide selection of carpet and Brian Hollaender was very helpful in making a selection. Brian was prompt to come to our house to make measurement. They work with us to coordinate installation to meet our schedule during renovations. We had an issue with the initial installation. Brian and Brent at the warehouse quickly arrange to replace the carpet in a little over a week. We could not be more pleased with how the entire process was handled.

Carpet to Go Flooring in Concord did a great job with our Kitchen flooring project. Brian was very knowledgeable about the various LVT flooring products we were looking for, and he did a great job completing the detailed on-site measurements required for the order.
