Best Choice did a good job installing my roof. The actual installation went well. It was 1-day in and out. The production manager was friendly, competent, & made sure that everything went smoothly. The only minor issue that we had was with scheduling. They didn’t communicate very well when installation would start. So we were surprised when materials were dropped in my driveway one Friday that had to stay there to Monday without warning. Other than that, they did an excellent job. I would use them again if I needed a new roof installed…,

I Reginald Milburn recently had my roof completed by BCR and they did a wonderful job . The roofers were very professional , and polite . The clean up was so good , there were nothing left that appears I just had my roof done . Ryan was polite and professional as well when he came out after completion .Thank you all for a great job . I noticed an area of loose shingles on my roof and contacted Best Choice Roofing in Rock Hill SC for a quote. Michael East came today, 03/19/2026 to inspect the roof and provide an estimate. I was expecting the worse but Michael East was honest and said that it was 1 shingle that needed to be replaced and 1 other area that just needed a nail replaced. He said I’d be better off going with a Handyman as this would be the best option. Michael East thank you for your integrity and honesty. Best Choice Roofing in Rock Hill you have a wonderful guy working for you and because of him, you now have a future customer and I will definitely refer you to others in my neighborhood.... read full review
