DJ was extremely helpful on Christmas Eve when I called in with an urgent question concerning a purchase I had made the day before. This was all despite how busy things were before closing that day! Would shop this store again!
I went here a few weeks very close to closing time because my skin was breaking out so bad. Yicel helped me and even though it was late she was very kind, I had bought something I found online and she gave me her opinion on the products I had picked out and even things I told her I was using at home and returned the thing that wasn’t was I was looking for and helped me buy something that would better fit my needs for my skin. Thus far my skin is healing up fine from the breakout I was experiencing and I have always had clear skin so I was devastated when I went in and Yicel really helped me. Next time I go in I’m definitely going to look for her.
Shout out Mal! I needed a complete makeup restock and Mal spent easily a hour walking around the store with me answering all my questions and helping me select all the right shades. She was friendly, patient, and knows her stuff!
