The Staff at the Concord NC Location were wonderful. My parent has dementia, and the were very understanding and patient with her and offer excellent support and customer service. I highly recommend doing business with this office, especially if you have senior parents.

I love my experience at Aspen Dental. I’ve had multiple services done at the Concord location and the staff has always been extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Booking and even rescheduling an appointment is extremely easy and stress free, which is a rarity. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Went in for a check up. Was a bit annoyed after getting X-Ray work done and in walks a tech that decides to scold me about missing an appointment. She decides to start telling me how bad skipping appointments is as if she knows me personally. I missed the appointment because I went to a different dentist office. Not because I’m afraid of the dentist. I then inform her of this, and I inform her that her location was out of my network at the time. She then proceeds to tell me that we are all being fooled by insurance and scammed.
