Bill with AMR is awesome! My HVAC went out & I placed a claim on Friday. I managed to quickly get an appt set up to have my system looked at and AMR arrived Monday (a holiday) which was unbelievably quick considering it is busy season for HVAC repair and most places are booked out weeks in advance. On Monday my HVAC was up & running perfectly. Bill was wonderful, trustworthy, knowledgeable & quick! I will be using AMR for future HVAC needs. In Carolina heat it’s always a worry when you have a HVAC issue but AMR & Bill made it hassle free, thank you thank you thank you!
Mr. Brewster is incredibly responsive. He left a message for us tonight and said we could call him back tonight no matter what time. He is honest and has exceptional follow through. He explains the situation thoroughly. Very responsible!!! Really understands the air condition business.
