I don’t typically write reviews but I am very disappointed in the customer service I just received. Long story short, they did the new system in my building. It hasn’t been right since we opened and has taken multiple calls from others to get to the source of the issue. I call them to get them to fix and it hasn’t taken two months of calling to get an answer that was essentially “you’re out of warranty and we don’t have time to take care of this in the next week”. Mind you they dropped the ball on not returning my calls for months. I was also put on hold, but not really put on hold so I heard the whole conversation between the workers.
