This company has been such a great service to my grandmother. We have had our PCA for about a year, and she had went above and beyond to help my grandmother. I do recommend this company to whom is looking for additional care. Ask for Brad, or LaSonya they where very helpful with the process.

I’ve been a patient with them for a few years now and I have receive awesome care. My aide is always on point as well as I receive calls from 4C whenever I have been hospitalized to check on how I’m doing and if there is anything I need. As well as I get calls every so often just to check in on how my health is and if my aide is meeting my needs. Very happy with my care through 4C.

We are a non-medical home care agency that provides medicaid services in home for patients. we provide medical social work services, companion/sitter services, private pay care services. **Medical clinic services located at 3607 Beatties Ford Road, (Quality Comprehensive Health & Wellness). In addition to our home care services, Our organization also provides assistance with CPR/First Aid/AED Classes, Case Management, Drug Screens,Pre-employment testing, HIV Testing, AFL Program DAY CLASSES COMING SOON, PT,OT,ST, SACOT & SAIOP Services, SCRUBS, Mental Health Therapy and The PowerHouse Project/ LBGTQ program access, just to name a few.
