I have been using Price Services since buying my home in Mill Spring in 2021 and I have been very impressed with their employees and service. Natalie is friendly and very efficient in scheduling. The maintenance guys are always professional, super nice and trustworthy. Kyle was recently at my home and he was thorough, personable and informative. I am very pleased with the company.
Price Services is clearly the BEST commercial experience I have had in many years. From the initial review of our system to the recommendation of a replacement system to the installation, they were professional every step of the process. Our AC unit stopped cooling last night and Price Services sent a technician out early this afternoon. The technician, Kyle, was very knowledgable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our AC unit back on-line within 30 minutes. Everyone I dealt with at Price's was courteous and made sure we were taken care of. They installed our Carrier duel-fuel HVAC system and a mini-split for the upstairs 15 years ago during our home remodeling. We have had very few problems that needed their attention, but each time they were quick to respond and had us back running normally very quickly.
