He listened inventively on the issue and assessed it. Josh identified the problem with speed and accuracy, and he was hard working, polite, and personable. He did an amazing job with a leaking issue, finishing the job quickly with no hassle or mess. Joshua was very prompt and knowledgeable, remaining respectful during the entire process, and his professional advice was appreciated. When a pipe burst, Josh came by after hours, turned the water off, and came back to make the repair. He was very nice and professional. Roto-Rooter is the absolute best plumbing experience.

Josh was wonderful from the moment he introduced himself till we won with county. He listened inventively on the issue, assessed it (protected my kids from the ant hill) and handled it thoroughly with county as it was not a civilian problem. Absolute best plumbing experience I've ever had!
