I felt she was able explain things without getting defensive when I got upset and helped walk me through why I was billed the way I was, even though not what I wanted to hear. As far as the drs, I have no real complaints. The girls up front could be a little more friendly though. The only real complaint is concerning the rest rooms. They were very dirty and there was not any paper towels to dry your hands, considering that this is a medical office this is a definite problem.
