Swaim Electric Heating & Air is number one in our book. They’ve always had great service we called and they were here within an hour fixed our unit within 30 minutes. Great customer service Cash was very knowledgeable and what was wrong with their unit.

I can not say enough positive things about Ian Byrd. He is a service engineer for Swaim Electric. He arrived when a message said he would and repaired two units in under an hour. He is the most efficient engineer I have ever met! The price was especially reasonable and the sevice was first class. Call Swaim If you have HVAC issues and ask for Ian! If you’re lucky, you will get him!
