Anita called me back when a service request was put in through the company I bought my refrigerator from as it was still under warranty. She was so informative and helpful. She knows her stuff! She and her husband own this business. She let me know what to check for and explained a few things to me. There wasn't a need for a service call after talking to her. I highly recommend this company. Although they did not come out to my house so I can't really comment on their repair quality but I assume it is excellent because of all the information and knowledge she gave to me over the phone. Great customer service!

Made a service apt through GE,scheduled time off work to meet with technician. They called day of appointment and hung up on me,I immediately called back with no answer. I called GE to see what had happened,they stated A&B canceled my apt without reason (not that it matters at this point). Terrible communication,terrible service just a all around bad experience with A&B appliances. Scheduled with another company,I will remember to exclude A&B from any future service needs.
