Gem of a facility!!!! As a colt starter is is great to have the support and opportunity to learn from Folklore farm. Not only do I get lessons about a horse’s biomechanics but my own as well. We’ll all develop bad habits at some point that can and will conclude in pain and weak tissues. Often the horse expresses this and instead of educating ourselves first we put blame to the horse. More exercise more bit etc when in reality knowledge of how their bodies function plus our own and some self discipline is the cure.

Folklore Farm is a wonderful facility. I have been riding there for a few months now, and it has truly become my happy place. Everyone is super friendly, and knowledgable. I have been riding since I was 5 years old, but it has been years since I rode consistently. Cynthia has been graciously helping me get back to the place I once was. I have learned so much from her already. In addition to Cynthia's expertise, they also hold clinics there with some amazing professionals. They have a beautiful, well maintained covered riding arena with open walls so you can ride in the shade with a breeze. Mrs. Cynthia is an awesome instructor. She is very good with helping you to understand the basics before pushing you to do more. She makes her instruction very easy to follow. Everyone is very helpful and professional. The horses are well cares for and trained.
