Towing & Recovery, LLC is a wonderful company with amazing owners. They are always ready and available to help at any time. The team goes above and beyond, providing great service with patience and a common sense approach. They are good people, eager to help and empathetic to the situation. The service is a mind-blowing experience with skilled, knowledgeable, and athletic staff. They provide amazing help for all towing and recovery needs.
Drove from Wilmington helping a friend recover his father's Truck from impound. Both battery's were dead. Everyone went above and beyond to help! Finally got the Truck running with about 30 minutes of effort. The person who helped us was empathetic to the situation, patient, eager to help, almost intimidating with her mechanical knowledge, even more skilled with her common sense approach. The mind-blowing experience for me, is that she is Athletic and looked more like a college cheerleader. IF I LIVED IN the area, I would probably have my vehicle towed regularly just watch her work!
