Noticed water damage on my floors and heard water running in the walls, called and they were able to come out same day, stopped the leak and repaired/replaced the pipe. Jared was very helpful and professional!

I woke up yesterday morning, a Saturday, to my water heater compressor leaking. I called the emergency number on my tank and the man told me that he no longer serviced our area but he would find my point of contact and call me back. Within 10 minutes I had the number of who I was supposed to call. Ansel came out that same evening and stayed until 9:30 to change out the tank. He was very polite and efficient and my bill was much less than I expected it to be.

Huge shout out to Joyce and the entire team at Thortons Plunbing they have made a stressful time for us alot easier. Quick response showed up on time and the team they sent was super professional and friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. THANKS FROM THE BLOOM FAMILY
