I got there about 15 minutes after they open their were packed I waited about 30-45 minutes what I didn't might because I was off and I didn't have an appointment but if you don't like wait I don't think that is a place for you. My nails looks really good the girl did a good job the only reason I'm getting 3 stars is because I ask her for a design (flowers in 2 nails) she was trying to do but she was having a hard time (take it out and starting over again and again) so I told her to only painted my nails one color I was very disappointed. I have been going to this Salon for over 20 years. Keith, Tiffany and their staff are very hard workers trying to make an honest living. No matter what they do there will always be people who they will not be able please. I've always treated them with respect and they have always done the same to me. As most businesses dealing with the Public there are going to be crazy hectic times.

Fantastic customer service, walk-ins or appointments welcome making getting service fast, and very reasonable pricing for nails. I take my elderly mother there every week and would recommend this to anyone.
