I have been going to this Salon for over 20 years. Keith, Tiffany and their staff are very hard workers trying to make an honest living. No matter what they do there will always be people who they will not be able please. I've always treated them with respect and they have always done the same to me. As most businesses dealing with the Public there are going to be crazy hectic times.

Fantastic customer service, walk-ins or appointments welcome making getting service fast, and very reasonable pricing for nails. I take my elderly mother there every week and would recommend this to anyone.

They are consistently busy, but I know they are trying the best they can. I had a nail chip two days after my initial manicure and they fixed it for me no question. I did have to wait around for a little while on a Saturday and that was not ideal. But that's something out of their control. They've got a revolving door all day on Saturday and I doubt they take a lunch and some of them even have to bring their children is which I'm sure is stressful. Let's have a little grace and humanity, the nail industry is under appreciated and over worked.
