God aweful place. Bad attitude from chronically overworked staff and understaffed. I wouldn't feed my dogs the unhealthy junk they feed. Couldn't get my medications right, could get very little right. Aggressive alzheimer patient got into my room at night ? poked around, staff very slow to respond. Poor coordination. Appts for physio didn't happen. Slapped me in diapers straight away because it's easier than bringing a bed pan then wouldn't answer that almost useless call button when needed charging. I saw people's medication dropped on the floor, tried to tell someone, just got blank stares. What stuck out most was attitude, attitude... read full review
Mom was just discharge after a few weeks from a fall and bad fracture! The staff were incredible , attentive and caring! I knew she was in great hands.!Pretty building! Of course, there is no place like home but this facility made a tough time better!
It's always a bad sign when you are informed that the facility is understaffed. That's the excuse they use for not paying attention to patients.
The facility is lovely. The food is substandard. The attention from nurses is bare minimum.
My elder was there for three weeks and we took her home because they were doing so little for her.
